Module Three: Mail your completed workbook to the office - it will be returned with your certificate. Ensure all of your self-directed health professional sessions are completed before application. 

Important Reminders:

Module One Online teachers must also submit proof of first aid 

Assistant Teachers must have thier course workbook fully signed off as completed
by any of their dance teachers before they may apply for graduation
